Are you tired of trying to use your DMS system's DOC? Do you need better reporting - more visual for your managers? Previously (and currently) included with the Advanced ADP Programming book, the Excel Super DOC is now updated, improved and available as a separate product. Some of the features include:
The DOC page. An overview analysis of your dealership's gross profit. Includes a per-unit analysis for vehicles, and GP snapshots of all departments. A series of charts allow you to instantly see where you are compared to your target and last year's numbers.
The Analysis page. Examines the numbers extracted from your income and expense report. Compares current numbers with last year's and current year targets. Handy feature allows you to switch between actual and estimated expenses, which you can fine-tune, based on your expense expectations!
The Charts page. Here you can see timelines for current year against target and last year for any department or total dealership. Select the department and category (sales, GP, expenses, or net), and all charts on the page instantly update to examine your selection.
Super DOC has the new Department DOC Pages. The Super DOC Plus! includes individualized DOC pages for New Car, Pre-Owned, Parts, Service, and Body Shop.
ADP and Arkona users have an import from standard ADP and Arkona reports. For R+R and other system users, use our easy import template to automate your import.

Excel and Outlook Sales Commission- a two-part application, where Excel creates workbooks on its own based on a master workbook. We’ll be continuing with our commission workbook and adding some code to it. A simple Outlook macro then takes those newly created spreadsheets and emails them to the designated recipients. What a time-saver!!!
Included is an Excel 2007 simple tutorial that includes a Pivot Table and the AutoFilter with the instructions for both 97-2003 and the new Excel 2007. This enables those of you who are still using the older Excel to have a tutorial, but those of you who are struggling with Excel 2007 – to have “quick start” method to convert to the newer version.
