Johnson has been working in the Automotive industry for 20 years.  She has been with a public auto retailer for the past eleven years assisting in their growth from 9 stores when she started up to 108 in 15 States.  As an assistant vice president for the past 7 years she has developed teams and process to manage new vehicle inventory, store operations and office operations.  Her specialty is finding solutions and taking action on any opportunity.  She has proven leadership and management skills to create a perfect balance between people, process & profitability.
